Scuba diving is an amazing career that can take you all over the world to some of the most beautiful places on the planet.
When most people think 'scuba diving' they tend to regard it as a 'dream job' that 'other people' do.
You can imagine how frustrating it is for us as a diving company to know how very wrong that idea is.
With operations in the Whitsundays, Magnetic Island and Fiji we are always looking for dedicated dive professionals. So much so that we build our own.
We have a well established traineeship system in all our dive facilities. These traineeships vary based on which country you do them in.
What doesn't vary is the quality of diver we aim to produce. First and foremost scuba diving is a service industry. You will spend your days with all types of people and your job is to give these people an amazing experience. Without passionate divers there's not a lot of fun to be had. We aim at being the worlds best dive company so please understand we will expect you to play!
We focus on marine knowledge and interpretation. We believe that without having a passion for the environment and creatures we visit every day there can't be the passion required to keep you in the industry. Breathing under water gets very normal very quickly but you can never learn all the secrets of the ocean and its amazing inhabitants. Sharing our marine knowledge is what keeps us excited about coming to work every day and we hope that passion is contagious.
Another expectation we have of trainees regardless of where they work is one of professionalism. We aim to be the best in the world. Seriously. We want to be the most fun, safe, informative, friendly dive company in the world and we need you to help us keep doing that, day after day after day.

Australia - Airlie Beach & Magnetic Island:
You train with us for 80 days unpaid.
You will come out of a Dive Master traineeship with around 150 dives.
All qualifications up to and including Dive Master.
