Can I dive? Why should I?

Firstly, you should know that diving really is a very easy thing to do. With the exception of some medical conditions, basically everyone can scuba dive.

Everyone can dive with the right care and supervision

Really, all you are doing is breathing under water and looking at fish. We've all been breathing since we were born, so we've all had lots of practice at it. On an introductory dive as long as you carry on breathing we will look after everything else for you!

  • No prior experience necessary
  • No need to be able to swim
  • We only dive to a depth you are comfortable with
  • We dive in small groups, holding on to your hand

Some people are afraid of the water and the unknown. However as 70% of this planet is covered by water, there are far more species of life in our oceans than on land. Going on a diving adventure is one of the true ways to appreciate this incredible underwater world.

Rest assured you will always have a hand to hold on to if you think you'll need one! At Reef Safari we pride ourselves on our specialty in taking people on their very first SCUBA dive. Whether our first-time divers are excited or nervous, the most rewarding part of our job is the smile on their face at the end of their dive.

You'll have a smile on your face too - after half an hour floating around weightless, surrounded by things you've never seen before with someone who can tell you all about what you have just experienced.

That's why you should be interested.
